چکیده

Microbial community composition and diversity of agricultural soils primarily depend on management practices. The application compost fields is known to increase soil fertility, which can also help enhance productivity. effects long-term along with nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K) (+Compost) bacterial profiles were assessed by amplicon sequencing targeting the 16S rRNA gene bacteria compared those that received only NPK but not (?Compost). Ordination plot showed treatments cluster differently, implying changes in composition, validated taxonomical data showing Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, their related classes be significantly higher +Compost than ?Compost soils. predicted abundance functional genes plant growth promotion, development, decomposition was compost-amended without compost. results are particular importance as they provide insights into designing practices promote sustainability.
